Now That You are Saved

Salvation is something that you live out the rest of your life. Jesus has become your friend. You don't know a friend unless you spend time with him, so find out about him. The only place that you can know Jesus is through the Bible. It is not a historical book filled with allegories and symbolism. It is the Word of God. Start in the gospel of John and then read the book of Acts. Before you read, pray that God will reveal His Word to you in Jesus's name. Make it a point to read your Bible every morning to start your day and pray five minutes each and then write down what you understood from God. The relationship begins with your seeking Him.
